What do you mean by lived experience?
Every individual is continuously shaped by their own experiences in life. We often focus on these experiences in childhood because that is a time that our brains and bodies are dramatically impacted by the specific experience. These experiences are often referred to as positive childhood experiences, or PCEs, and adverse childhood experiences, or ACEs. These experiences and how they impact health and overall well-being serve as the foundation of our educational sessions and workshops.
