Pathwaves Partnership and Muskegon County Great Start Collaborative were awarded funding from the Sister Simone Courtade Grant Program, which is one of the Trinity Health Muskegon Community Impact Grants.

This funding allows us to provide multiple opportunities for parents, professionals, and community members to participate in training about the health impacts of lived experiences and the HOPE (Healthy Outcomes from Positive Experiences) framework.
